• No concrete is allowed on Highway Right of Way.
• Blacktop or oil and stoning are allowed.
• The preparation to meet the Road Pavement will be inspected by Highway Superintendent before paving.
• The final paving will be inspected. If not done correctly, it must be removed and corrected, at owner's expense.
• The road shoulder (24” minimum from road pavement) must maintain a 1” per 1' decline (minimum).
• Location of Driveway will be determined at Superintendents discretion.
