Rules and Regulations for Logging on Town of Boston Roads:

•   Trucks must be loaded off the road right of way.

•   There must be culverts installed, before work begins, at Superintendent's discretion.

•   In winter, the road must be frozen enough to support the weight.

•   In spring and summer, the road must be solid enough to support the extra weight.

•   If the weather warms up enough to let the frost out and the road gets too soft, we may stop the hauling  until the road is able to support the extra weight.

•  Applicant must provide a current Certificate of Insurance.

•  Applicant must agree to indemnify the Town of Boston for all damage to roads.
