ADOPT SCHEDULE OF FEES

 

At a Regular Meeting of the Boston Town Board Erie County, New York, held at the Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 4 th day of January, 2006 at 7:30 pm Eastern Prevailing Time there were:

 

Present:   Supervisor William A. Eagan, Councilmen Brien M. Hopkins, Richard K. Hawkins, D ennis J. Mead, and Councilwoman Cathleen M. Dobson   

 

Supervisor Eagan presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

 

BE IT RESOLVED that the Schedule of Fees for the Town of Boston, as attached hereto, be adopted, and to continue thereafter unless otherwise amended; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Schedule of Fees, attached hereto, shall supercede the existing Schedule of Fees to the extent that it expressly alters the same.

 

Seconded by Councilman Dobson and put to a vote that resulted as follows:
