Located behind the Town Hall at 6401 Town Park Lane
Permit Applications
Please print out the following permit application that you need and mail the completed form to the Highway Department for review.
- Blacktopping on Highway Right of Way
- Culvert Permit
- Logging on Town Roads
- Temporary Easement and Consent
- Request to Use Coming Events Sign
- Request for Wood Chips and/or Fill
