Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 4pm

Court is in session Monday evenings.

Please be advised – the Court Office will be closed on holidays.

The Court Office is located on the main (upper) level of the Boston Town Hall. There is a drop box located to the left of the front door for after hour drop off. Please be sure any items dropped off include contact information.

Please call the Court Office during office hours listed above. The Boston Town Court does NOT respond to voicemail, email, or contact forms via this website.

COURT INFORMATION

Traffic Court – FIRST and THIRD Mondays. Town Prosecutor matters are being handled by mail and by in-person appearances at this time if you plead not guilty. You must have a scheduled appearance. You must mail in your ticket guilty OR not guilty prior to your court date. Please call during office hours with any questions.

Criminal Court – SECOND and FOURTH Mondays.

FINE PAYMENTS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COURT CLERKS CAN NOT ACCEPT FINE PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE!!!

All fine payments will be accepted during regular Court Office Hours. Please call ahead for an appointment.

Cash payments are accepted during court, or in person by appointment. Credit Card payments are now accepted during court, or in person by appointment. Please note: a convenience fee will apply.

You may mail in your payment in the form of a MONEY ORDER or BANK CERTIFIED CHECK to
